iCrest Academy - Learn, Experience, Explore

I have learnt so much in the last few weeks. It’ s so cool to think about the fact that I have some degree of knowledge. I think what I loved most about the program was how cohesive the topics have become in my head. The combination of theory, practical and presentations has created a big picture of biology, which I never understood on comprehended before. Thank You to all the teachers and Dr Jyothsna for teaching everything so beautifully and making even the most complex concepts seem digestible and understandable 🙂 It has been such an exciting and interesting new opportunity, that I am very grateful and cannot wait to come back during the year long program (ALP 301). Thank you so much for the experience.

ICREST was an enriching experience, I had a unique experience to learning. This made it easier to understand biological concepts by seeing them come to life. The teachers were extremely approachable, allowing me to develop social relations and making the experiences far more fun than in most programs. Lastly, the emphasis on research and hands on skills was a valuable opportunity that is scarily thought in schools and other educational programs are made to understand easily here.

iCREST is a must have experience for anyone, whether they have a deep passion for biology or have just started considering as a future prospect and want to have a dynamic exposure to this this vast field. Each module covered basic principles, procedures to in depth concepts clarifying all our doubts whether too small or big. It didn’t feel six weeks long at all and felt like a journey where I got to meet people alike and delved into my passion. We laughed, we cried too, but most of all we made memories of a lifetime.
